This policy explains what personal data we receive through bbd.ge, what we use it for, and what rights you have.
Who we are
Personal data received through this website is processed by Baltic Business Development LLC (company ID 400098078; “BBD” or “we”). For any question, contact us at info@bbd.ge or (+995 32) 2 222 312.
What we collect
The website has no sign-up and creates no user accounts. We only receive your data when you give it to us:
- When you fill in the call-request form — your name, phone number and, optionally, a subject. The form opens in your own email program and the message goes straight to info@bbd.ge; the website itself stores nothing.
- When you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp — whatever you tell us in that correspondence.
In addition, as with any website, our hosting provider automatically records the IP address, browser type and request time in its technical logs. This is needed to run the site and keep it secure.
The website uses no analytics or advertising services and sets no cookies of its own.
What we use it for
We use the information we receive only to:
- answer your question or call you back at your request;
- prepare a quote and discuss our services with you;
- keep the website working properly and securely.
We do not sell your data, do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes, and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Third-party services
A few external services are embedded in the site:
- Google Maps — to show project and office locations. When a map loads, Google receives your IP address and processes it under its own terms.
- WhatsApp — a button that only starts a conversation once you click it.
- Our hosting provider — stores the site's files and keeps technical logs.
These services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and contact details for as long as we need them to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to meet our accounting and contractual obligations under the law. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Under Georgian law you have the right to ask what data we hold about you; to have it corrected, updated or deleted; to ask us to stop or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent you gave earlier at any time.

Changes
If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page and change the date above.
